Much of our research is completed with the use of computed tomography (CT) imaging. As each study is published, the associated CT data will be published so that it can be downloaded for free (in DICOM format) and studied by others. All of the 3D digital modeling completed in our lab group is done with the scientific visualization programs Avizo and OsiriX.
